With the emergence of newest technology, the process of communication has been revolutionized. Some three scores ago, it is hard to reach out family members, relatives and friends who are situated in other places. Distance has been the primary barrier in long distance communication. With the advent of the Internet and innovations in telecommunication, the gap created by distance has been bridged. It is now possible to contact your loved ones without spending that much irrespective of their location in the globe.
The Jonas Brothers – much like the Osmonds, but with actual edge – have achieved superstar status in the formerly fading genre of boy bands. Constituting a triple threat, New Jersey natives Kevin, Joe and Nick act, write nearly all of their own music and play their own instruments.
The trio has crafted target-hitting soft-rock tunes for the new millennium – creating an enormous fan base made up of tweens and their parents. Many of the Jonas Brothers’ upbeat, catchy songs have been influenced by the wide-ranging, high-energy music of Hanson, Prince and Elvis Costello. It’s no surprise, then, that megastar-maker Disney has scooped up the adorable siblings, giving them their own Disney Channel film (Camp Rock), reality show, and TV series (J.O.N.A.S.). In August, JoBro mania continued with the brothers’ third album, A Little Bit Longer, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard albums chart.
